It didn’t start with a business plan—it started with a breakdown. In the thick of burnout, beneath deadlines and digital overwhelm, someone picked up an old journal and began to write. Not for an audience. Not for productivity. Just to breathe.
What began as scribbled thoughts soon turned into a daily ritual. Journaling led to coloring. Coloring to puzzles. Mandalas. Mindfulness. Quiet moments of stillness and creativity became a lifeline—a way to reconnect, reflect, and simply be.
That deeply personal journey sparked a bigger question:
What if others needed this too?
